I was so fortunate to find Compass Therapeutic! I had head and neck pain and I'm well on the road to recovery. Working with Lotte has been extremely helpful. She gives personalized attention, is knowledgeable and provides me with exercises I can easily do at home. It is a small, but fully-equipped establishment. The staff is very friendly and personable. I won't go anywhere else!

I was diagnosed with vertigo and referred to Compass Therapeutic to move my ear crystals I thought this is crazy… never heard of such a thing. I had two sessions with Lotti and bingo it worked!Lotti was fabulous - professional and knew exactlywhat to do.

I love this place! I've suffered with the neck & head pain for years from too much computer time and they helped me tremendously. I wish I had found them sooner. I really like that I get to work with one person for everything instead of being passed around to numerous people. She took the time to try different things to find exactly what was best for me. She explained everything in a way I could understand, and showed me how to do things at home for continued pain relief. Gabe and Lanie and all the other staff are so friendly. The office has a much more welcoming environment than other places, more like a home town place where everybody knows me. Maybe that's because they are locally owned instead of a big corporation. Now I don't dread my appointments I actually look forward to going back! This is not the closest PT to me but it is well worth the extra time to get there, trust me. TIP: if my doc refers me to another PT, I can specifically request to go to Compass instead.

I received excellent care after my rotator cuff surgery in January. Barb is experienced and very knowledgeable. I am a retIred teacher and she also has the skill set to teach her patients how to correctly do their home exercises. She knows when people are hurting, they sometimes forget the proper way to do their exercises. She uses guided practice each time until the person's muscle memory kicks in. She also does short videos for some exercises that have multiple steps. Not only is she experienced and knowledgeable, she also is empathetic to the patient's pain and always demonstrates kind and supportive encouragement. My husband is a current patient. The other staff are great. Both my husband highly recommend Compass Therapeutic.

From the start, I was impressed with the people who work here!! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I recently underwent 2 separate surgeries over the past 4 months. I had the pleasure of working with Barb during 2 separate instances of pt both 4 weeks in duration! Barb is friendly and professional. She provides top notch care! Compass Therapeutic Inc is amazing. I fractured my humerus and they worked with me to get me from not being able to move my arm to back to normal. Everyone is so professional and kind. Lee at the front desk is fabulous at getting appointments set up. Gabby the owner is excellent as are Lott and Laine. They all have an intense knowledge of what they are doing. Highly recommend this center for rehabilitation.

I usually do not give 5 star reviews however in this case this 5 star rating is very much warranted. From the time I walked into the facility everyone greeted me as if I had been there before even though this was my first visit. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and I can't say enough about my PT Mrs. Barbra. Mrs. Barbra was great, very professional and no matter what was going on around her she made every single one of her patients feel as if they were her top priority at that time. I had about 10 and the staff made each session better than the last. Thank you ladies for helping me get back to my normal daily activities.

I have been very happy with Compass PT. They work with you one on one unlike other physical therapists in the area. I always look forward to working with Lotte. I recently finished my third round of therapy with Compass, beginning in 2016. Each time has been for a different issue, and I just cannot say enough about the treatment and education that I received. Everyone there, including Gabrielle the owner, and Lee the receptionist, are just the best! Gabrielle, Laney, and lotte have all worked with me and have all been wonderful. It was so much more a one on one basis situation than I had experienced elsewhere. .. They didn’t just help me, but they taught me about what I needed to do at home and how often. They also taught me why. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I was referred to Compass for Physical Therapy after knee replacement. My first contact was with Lee who took my information, verified they would take my insurance and set up my first appointment. I was assigned to Lotte and I am so grateful for all she did for me. Lotte was always encouraging, caring, and listened to me. She challenged me and always had praise for my successes. I progressed quickly and even though exercises were sometimes painful they were never beyond my capability. If I need PT in the future, I will certainly return. I highly recommend Compass. They are 1 on 1, not a group approach to your therapy as many places have gone to. You always know who your therapist will be and I couldn’t be more pleased that Lotte was mine.

I had gone to another physical therapy place and they pretty much brushed me off!! I was having a lot of sciatica pain and a doctor told me about this place. I decided to check it out and I was so glad I did! They are really hands on and get to the root of your problems! They use different methods and teach you exercises you can do at home as well! I am doing much better and now they are helping my husband! Thank you so much to Gabrielle & her team for keeping us well!

I was having tremendous low back pain radiating into my right leg. Chiropractic care did not help. After one month of treatment, Lotta and Lainy had me feeling much better. Since my treatment, I got an MRI which confirmed what Lotta said, which was I had a herniated disc. Not only was it herniated but it was moderately extruded on the right. My pain is now at a 1-2 and is alleviated with Tylenol. When I started therapy, I woke up with a 9 pain, which decreased to a 7 with Tylenol and Motrin. I am back to paddleboarding up to 7 hours a day!The whole office is welcoming and warm as well as professional.Thanks Compass!

My husband and I have both had PT with these wonderful folks. Me for a post-rotator cuff repair (PT and OT) and my husband and I both for back issues. What we love is the 1:1 care you receive at Compass. Everyone of these folks are caring and compassionate. Don't go to the practices where you are taken care of along with 2-4 other clients at the same time. Go for 1:1 care. Carolie and Ernie White.
